QA / QC Executive

Key Responsibilities Inspection & Testing : Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Standards & Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO). Documentation : Develop and maintain quality records, reports, SOPs, and inspection logs. Problem Solving : Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Team Collaboration : Work with production, R&D, and other departments to address concerns and improve processes. Training : Educate and train staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Reporting : Prepare quality metrics, audit findings, and reports for management. Process Improvement : Identify areas for enhancement in quality, waste reduction, and efficiency
