Chartered Accountant - Finance and Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS and management reports.Handle accounting and financial reporting activities.Assist in direct and indirect taxation matters and related compliances.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and external consultants.Assist in tax assessments, audits and regulatory requirements.Support budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records.Provide financial analysis and insights to management as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).12 years of post-qualification experience.CA examination cleared in maximum 1-2 attempts.Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and auditing.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong proficiency in MS Excel.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Manufacturing / Power / Engineering industry experience will be an added advantage.Candidates based in Pune are preferred. .
