Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Development Manager to drive business growth through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors/agents and achieving business targets through the agency network.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.

Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.

Generate insurance business through the agency channel.

Drive advisor activation, productivity, and retention.

Conduct regular field visits and team meetings for business development.

Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Graduate from any recognized university.

Prior experience in insurance sales, agency channel, BFSI, or related sales roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good relationship-building and team-handling abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willingness to work in a field-oriented sales role.
