Job Requirements

Clinical / Product Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team through pre-sales activities, conducting sales demos, engaging with customers in clinical settings, and handling technical escalations or product service-related assignments.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales Support:

oCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.

oConduct pre-sales presentations, product walkthroughs, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities of Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care solutions.

oPortfolio Solution Show(s)

oSupport pre-bid meetings for tender based projects

Sales Demos:

oLead and coordinate product demonstrations, ensuring a comprehensive showcase of features and benefits.

oProvide in-depth technical insights during demos to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Customer Clinical Engagements:

oEngage with healthcare professionals in clinical settings to understand workflow requirements and clinical challenges.

oDemonstrate (technically) how Siemens Healthineers' POC solutions can address specific clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

oMaintain a thorough understanding of Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care product portfolio.

oStay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to Point of Care.

Escalation Management:

oAct as a technical point of contact for customer escalations, working closely with the support team to resolve issues promptly.

oProvide timely and accurate updates to customers and manage internal stakeholder communication during escalation management.

Product Trainings & Hands-on Sessions:

oOrganize and lead hands-on training sessions for customers, sales and channel partner teams to enhance their proficiency in using Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care products.

oProvide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to reinforce efficient usage and address any user concerns. .
