About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Acquisition: Screen and evaluate applicants, assessing them on technical proficiency, communication skills, and organizational culture fit.

2. Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process and participate in candidate assessments to ensure quality hiring.

3. HR Operations: Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and routine administrative maintenance.

4. Employee Engagement & Well-being: Conduct regular check-ins with staff and interns to monitor engagement levels and promote workplace wellness.

5. Conflict Resolution: Act as an approachable point of contact for minor workplace concerns, applying empathetic communication and objective problem-solving.

6. Culture Building: Design and lead team-building initiatives, wellness activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive, high-energy work environment.

7.
