E-Commerce Business Management - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shopify store management: Monitor daily orders, update order statuses, check product listings, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

2. Customer support: Respond to customer emails regarding orders, shipping, returns, and refunds in a professional and timely manner using provided guidelines.

3. Supplier coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding order processing, product availability, shipping updates, and delivery issues.

4. Sales & profit reporting: Update daily sales, advertising expenses, product costs, and refunds in the provided Excel/Google Sheets tracker. Prepare and share an end-of-day performance report.

5.
