Opening For FMCG Sales Supervisor

The Job is of Area Sales Supervisor location is Ahmedabad / MPCandidate will have to travel to different Stores in Gujarat or MP to co-ordinate with Retail Sales PromoterJob Profile Manage and supervise Promoters, Advisors & Nutrition Counsellors across assigned stores. Plan team working, daily schedules, targets and monthly PJP. Ensure attendance, timely reporting, grooming, discipline and performance of the team. Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and KPI targets. Build strong relationships with Store/Department Managers and resolve store-level operational issues. Monitor stock, sampling activities, tools, uniforms and other field requirements. Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly performance/attendance reports. Track sales, incentives, attrition, competition and market activities. Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and documentation of new team members. Conduct refresher trainings and monthly team meetings.
