Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a creative, confident and communication-oriented social media & content intern who can help us create engaging content while also supporting sales and brand communication.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media platforms

2. Write captions, hooks, social media copy, and short-form content

3. Assist in creating Instagram reels, stories, and other video content

4. Handle basic product photography and videography

5. Assist with shooting and editing short-form videos

6. Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls

7. Make basic sales and follow-up calls to customers, retailers, and potential business leads

8. Maintain lead and follow-up records

9. Assist with influencer, retail, and collaboration outreach

10. Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas

Basic knowledge of Instagram, Canva, and video-editing tools7. Comfortable with basic photography and videography8. Willing to learn sales, customer handling, and business communication9. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn10. Personal or college social media/content portfolio is a plus11. Experience creating reels or photography content is a plus12. Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus13. Previous experience in sales calls or customer communication is a plus14. Interest in fashion, Indian textiles, crafts, and lifestyle brands is a plus15. Freshers and candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcomeAbout Company:The brand specializes in eco-printing and botanical art, utilizing fallen leaves, real flowers, and organic resources to create one-of-a-kind, unrepeatable imprints on premium natural textiles (such as pure silk, handwoven cotton, and linen)Additional information:

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 9,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
