This is an AGENCY CHANNEL role: your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors (agents), train them and get health insurance business through your advisor team. What the job actually is: We are hiring for one of the top reputed Health Insurance companies (new branch expansion). You will build and manage your own team of insurance advisors (agents) in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh – recruit advisors, train them and drive health insurance sales through your team in the field. Key responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard and activate insurance advisors in your area • Drive health insurance sales through your advisor team – meet monthly targets • Do joint field calls with advisors and help them close policies • Conduct regular meetings, training and motivation sessions for advisors • Build long-term relationships with advisors; follow IRDAI and company norms What we are looking for: • Graduate and above (any stream) • 1–5 years field sales experience in any sector – BFSI / Insurance / Agency channel preferred • Good spoken Hindi • Own two-wheeler, ready for field work • Local Ujjain candidates preferred Compensation: • Fixed salary Rs 25,000 – 37,500 per month (Rs 3 – 4.5 Lakh per annum) + attractive incentives • Career growth with a reputed insurance brand No fee is charged at any stage of hiring.
