: Manage end-to-end sales, client onboarding, and support functions.

: Own the South Mumbai commercial leasing and sales targets.

: Guide, mentor, and track the performance of on-ground teams.

: Maintain strict discipline in funnel tracking, conversions, and dashboards.

: Directly engage in high-value negotiations with corporate clients.

: Use data-driven insights to resolve bottlenecks in daily execution.

: 1015 years of total experience in Real Estate Industry.

: Minimum 45 years managing regional/city-level sales and cross-functional teams.

: Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing is preferred.

: We welcome leaders from Co-working, Corporate Facility Management, Business Centers, Retail Leasing, or high-involvement B2B services.

: Strong command over CRM tools and analytical dashboards.
