Main Task & Accountabilities:-

Good communication skills.

Email drafting, good command over English.

Adhere to General and Network Administration Password accountabilities.

Adhere to , and process especially information security policy.

Ensure latest security patches are installed on all managed infrastructure.

Process calls of the helpdesk on IT related issues.

Support the user’s IT Infrastructure.

Act as a first line of Support (L1) for all IT end users.

Installation, configuration and Installation, configuration, desktops and other endpoints IT equipment’s.

Support backup policies for all active devices. Verify the backups by restoring and testing.

Configuration and support telephony system (Avaya).

Install, configure and support AD and file server
