Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading overall sales and marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees sales teams, sets targets, and guides team members in achieving revenue and growth objectives. Daily activities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, managing key client accounts, and optimizing sales processes. The individual will collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and promotional plans, and will prepare regular performance reports and forecasts. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and meeting targets.Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining relationships with key clients and managing the full sales cycle.Solid Team Management skills, with experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales and marketing teams.Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to inform decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proven experience in real estate or related industries is highly beneficial.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel locally for client meetings and project visits as needed. .
