An understanding of the Insurance Business (Domain), keywords, high-level business processes

5) Microservice Patterns (circuit breaker, service discovery), 12-factor apps

6) Backend Technologies - frameworks and patterns

7) NodeJS,Javascript backends.8) web/mobile architectures.9) Database design.

10) Managing a delivery function

11) Frontend Technologies (Web and Mobile Technologies.)

12) Frontend JS frameworks like Angular or React. UI/UX designer

13) 1-2 yrs Mobile Projects.

14) 4-5 yrs Enterprise Web Applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. A good understanding of Microservices.b. A good knowledge of NodeJS, or at least deployment topologies of Javascript backends.c. Can comprehensive user stories and translate that to design, or can assist the team in doing so.d. A very good understanding of web/mobile architectures.e. A functional understanding of database design.
