Senior Full Stack Developer - Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled full stack developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have strong front-end expertise in ReactJS and strong back-end expertise in Java/Spring Boot. In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience in at least one additional back-end technology stack, either Node.js or Python. The role requires the ability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable cloud-based applications. Exposure to integrating AI/LLM APIs into business applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining front-end applications using ReactJS.

Designing and developing APIs using Java 21 or Java 25 with Spring (Core/Boot/MVC/JPA) as a mandatory back-end stack, along with one additional back-end stack such as Node.js or Python.

Writing RESTful APIs and integrating them to front-end applications.

Integrating applications with AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar services where applicable.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Developing and maintaining unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.

Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive working experience in front-end application development using ReactJS with TypeScript/JavaScript.

Mandatory back-end experience with Java 21 or Java 25, Spring Framework (Core/Boot/MVC/JPA), and Microservices Architecture, plus hands-on experience in at least one additional back-end programming stack: Node.js or Python.

Hands on experience with REST APIs, Caching system (e.g Redis) and messaging systems like Kafka etc.

Practical experience using AI/LLM APIs in application workflows, including prompt-based integrations, API orchestration, response handling, and basic security considerations.

Strong knowledge of non-blocking IO, multithreading, concurrency, solid principles and microservices-based architectures.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Spring WebFlux (Reactive Programing) and micro frontend development using Nx.

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect.

Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-based application development, or Big Data technologies is a plus.
