About the internship:Sales Intern - Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in B2B sales activities by connecting with businesses and potential clients.

2. Handle lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

3. Work on company-provided leads and convert potential prospects into qualified opportunities.

4. Understand client requirements and explain the company's consulting services clearly.

5. Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.

6. Maintain and regularly update CRM records, including lead status, follow-ups, conversations, and next actions.

7. Schedule meetings and coordinate with potential clients for consultations or service discussions.

8. Follow up consistently with prospects to move leads through the sales process.

9. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents when required.

10. Maintain accurate records of daily calls, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

11. Coordinate with the internal consulting team to ensure smooth communication and timely client follow-ups.

12. Learn and apply basic B2B sales techniques, negotiation, communication, and client handling skills.

13.
