If you have experience in telecom sales, inbound sales, or international voice processes and are passionate about customer interaction and achieving sales targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions

Explain telecom plans, pricing structures, and promotional offers

Convert customer enquiries into successful sales opportunities

Address customer concerns and objections effectively

Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details

Deliver exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction

Desired Skills

1-3 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Telecom Sales, or International Voice Process

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced International BPO environment

Immediate joiners will be given preference
