About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Understand requirements from the design team/Head and interpret briefs effectively

Estimate time required to complete design tasks

Develop design briefs through research and data gathering

Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

Create designs for layouts, graphics, and artwork for both digital and print media Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time. Present concepts and finalized ideas to stakeholders

Ensure all designs are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with brand guidelines

Proofread and review designs before final delivery

Use appropriate colors, layouts, and design elements for each project

Demonstrate illustrative skills through sketches or digital tools

Amend designs based on feedback in a timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, photographers, and marketing specialists

Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, illustrators, and photographers when required

Develop interactive design elements where required

Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and demonstrate proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, 3ds Max, and other relevant design applications (e.g., QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Flash, if applicable)
