Job Title: Civil Engineer- Head Location: Mira Road & Malad Experience: 10+ years (Real Estate) Department: Civil Engineering Degree Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site operations for real estate projects in Mira Road . The ideal candidate should have 3–5years of experience in civil execution, grading, drainage, road layout, and foundation works, preferably in residential/commercial real estate. General Civil works Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD General Arrangement Drawings, Civil Grading Design, Grading Sections, Road layout & sections, Cut-fill calculations, Soil-Erosion layout & details etc. Understanding on steel/concrete structure & foundations Any other civil structural software packages will be an added advantage Engineer General Civil Work Civil 3D - alignment sheet, profile sheets etc. Civil 3D – Grading, drainage, road layout & sections Description Civil Engineering with 2 – 8 yrs. of Exp on General Civil works Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD General Arrangement Drawings, Civil Grading Design, Grading Sections, Road layout & sections, Cut-fill calculations, Soil-Erosion layout & details etc. Understanding on steel/concrete structure & foundations Any other civil structural software packages will be an added advantage Engineer General Civil Work Civil 3D - alignment sheet, profile sheets etc. Civil 3D – Grading, drainage, road layout & sections
