Founders Office – AI, Growth & Operations Associate - Fresher

About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Founder's Office: Work directly with the Founder to research ideas, solve problems, validate opportunities and turn ideas into execution.

2. AI Course Development: Research AI/ML/GenAI trends, validate course ideas with students, develop curriculum, projects and learning resources.

3. Website & Product: Build and improve websites, landing pages, forms, onboarding flows and AI-powered automations using modern tools.

4. College Partnerships: Research engineering colleges, connect with HODs/TPOs, coordinate workshops and manage follow-ups.

5. Student Growth: Help acquire and engage the first 100+ students through outreach, communities, events, webinars and referral initiatives.

6. Content & Marketing: Help create scripts, presentations, social media content and other marketing assets.

7. AI Trainer Hiring: Identify AI trainers, conduct initial screening and coordinate first-round interviews.

8. Execution & Ownership: Take ownership of tasks end-to-end, experiment quickly and figure out solutions without needing step-by-step instructions.
