Senior HR Executive (Core HR & HR Generalist) 📍 Hyderabad (Somajiguda) | Full-time | Face-to-face interview mandatory About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to manage end-to-end Core HR and HR Generalist functions in a Non-IT organization, and to support management in building effective people processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and joining formalities Manage attendance and leave, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and bonus Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and employee engagement Coordinate performance appraisals and training needs Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, attendance, hiring) Develop HR policies and improve HR processes Requirements 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a Senior HR or HR Generalist role Mandatory experience in Non-IT sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, construction, real estate or trading Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Excel Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Able to handle HR operations independently Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / HR Management (mandatory) Work Location 3rd Floor, RVR Tower, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad – 500082 How to Apply Apply via Apna.
