This role involves connecting with international clients, understanding their requirements, and offering them tailored solutions for our premium products/services.Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential customers from international markets (US/Canada/Australia) via phone calls.Explain product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.Build strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates.Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Adhere to company policies and deliver excellent customer service.Requirements:Gender: Male candidates only (as per role requirement).Excellent communication skills in English.Prior experience in international sales or BPO voice process preferred.Willingness to work in night shifts.Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.Quick learner with a positive attitude.
