Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling international customers through chat.
• Good customer handling, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support.
• Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets.
• Handle escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain excellent customer experience.
