We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Remote HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interview scheduling and candidate onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Any Grdauate or Post Graduate with Good Communication skillls 

Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).

Technical Setup (Mandatory):

High-speed, reliable internet connection.

Personal laptop/desktop with working webcam and headset.

Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distraction.

Skills:

Proficiency in using major job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and hiring targets.
