Hiring For Business Developement Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities across Enterprise, Institutional and Government/PSU accounts.The role involves lead generation, account mapping, customer meetings, requirement discovery, solution coordination, proposal follow-up and opportunity management.Government/PSU sales experience is preferred but *not mandatory*.## Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new B2B, Enterprise and Institutional opportunities.- Research target organizations and identify relevant decision makers.- Arrange and conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and business problems.- Coordinate with technical/OEM teams for solution proposals, quotations and presentations.- Maintain structured follow-up and opportunity pipeline until closure.- Develop relationships with customers, partners and OEMs.- Support Government/PSU opportunities, tenders and institutional projects when applicable.## Must-Have Skills1. *B2B / Enterprise / Institutional Sales*2. *Lead Generation & Account Mapping*3. *Requirement Discovery & Solution Selling*4. *Customer Meetings, Presentation & Communication Skills*5. *Strong Follow-up & Sales Pipeline Management*## Nice-to-Have Skills1.
