About the Role NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Medical Records Coding & Transcription Analyst to join its healthcare operations team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Medical Coding, EM Outpatient Coding, Multispecialty Coding, Clinical Documentation Review, and Healthcare Process Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing clinical documentation, assigning accurate medical codes, identifying documentation gaps, and supporting quality-driven healthcare coding operations.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates with 3+ years of healthcare BPO experience and CPC certification.

Key Responsibilities Medical Coding & Clinical Documentation Analysis Review clinical documentation to understand patient diagnoses, procedures, treatments, and healthcare services Convert healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and medical services into standardized medical alphanumeric codes Assign accurate coding based on clinical statements and documentation review Ensure consistency and compliance in healthcare documentation processes EM Outpatient & Multispecialty Coding Perform EM Outpatient Coding Handle Multispecialty Medical Coding Assign: Procedure codes Diagnosis codes Standard coding classifications Ensure coding accuracy aligned with industry standards Documentation Review & Quality Support Identify missing or incomplete clinical documentation Highlight documentation deficiencies for correction Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide fresher team members Support coding quality improvement and compliance initiatives Healthcare Operations & Client Communication Support healthcare BPO operational workflows Maintain productivity, coding accuracy, and turnaround standards Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Adapt to changing client requirements and business priorities Educational Qualification Candidates with backgrounds in the following areas are preferred:
