Swarmlens is an AI-driven SaaS company building intelligent AI agents that help businesses automate workflows and solve complex enterprise challenges. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager / Inside Sales professional to accelerate lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

Identify potential customers and present Swarmlens' AI SaaS solutions.

Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive demand generation campaigns.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or SaaS Sales.

Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.

Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, email outreach, and CRM management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Kochi or those willing to relocate.

Work Policy

Working from the Kochi office is mandatory for the first 3 months.

Based on individual performance after the initial 3-month period, employees may be eligible for a remote work option.
