What You’ll Do:

Be the Go-To Person: Manage client relationships and be their main point of contact across design, development, SEO, and ads projects.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, tech, and strategy teams to ensure that every project is executed flawlessly.

Client Interaction: Understand client needs, suggest fresh ideas, and help them hit their goals with innovative strategies.

Manage Projects: Juggle multiple tasks, stay on top of timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly—no stress, just success!

Build Relationships: Keep clients happy and coming back for more with awesome communication and service.

Opportunity Spotter: Look for ways to upsell and cross-sell our services to provide more value to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Mindset: BBA/ MBA candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in account management or project coordination.

Go-Getter Attitude: You're proactive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

People Skills: Strong communicator who can build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Organized & Efficient: You can keep track of multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Creative Problem-Solver: You bring fresh ideas to the table and can tackle challenges head-on.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key!
