Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, update, and optimize product listings on IndiaMART.

2. Perform SEO optimization of product titles, descriptions, keywords, and catalogs.

3. Manage IndiaMART account and improve product visibility.

4. Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiry responses.

5. Follow up with potential buyers and convert leads into sales.

6. Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.

7. Monitor lead performance and generate sales reports.

8. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

9. Maintain a high response rate and customer satisfaction.
