Avijo is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare by making it affordable, accessible, and technology-driven. As a Legal & Compliance Intern, you'll play a key role in strengthening our legal framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the growth of a fast-scaling healthcare startup.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

📑 Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, agreements, and company policies

⚖️ Support compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

🔍 Conduct legal research on corporate, healthcare, employment, and regulatory matters

📂 Maintain compliance records, documentation, and audit-ready reports

🤝 Review contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership documents

🚨 Identify compliance risks and assist in recommending corrective actions

🏛️ Support policy creation and implementation to strengthen organizational governance

💰 Stipend & Benefits

🕒 Full-Time: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month + PPO

⏰ Part-Time: Performance based + Certificate + PPO

🎓 Students pursuing LLB, LLM, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or related fields

📚 Strong understanding of legal principles, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements

📝 Knowledge of contract review, legal drafting, and documentation practices

🏥 Familiarity with corporate law, labor law, healthcare regulations, or data privacy laws is a plus

🔎 Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

🎯 Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
