Recruitment Executive

Handle end-to-end recruitment Source candidates through multiple job portals. Develop targeted candidate pipelines for manufacturing and building material industry profiles . Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process. Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT . Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize critical requirements.
