SwarmLens is looking for creative and strong writers to join our team. We are open to both freshers from Mass Communication/Journalism backgrounds and candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

🔍 Who We're Looking For

Freshers:

Recent graduates/final-year students from Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, English, Marketing, or related fields

Strong interest in writing and social media

Good creative writing and communication skills

Ability to research and create engaging content

Writing samples/portfolio preferred

Experienced Candidates:

2–3 years of experience in content writing, social media, journalism, digital marketing, or related areas

Strong article and creative writing skills

Experience creating LinkedIn/social media content

Good research and storytelling abilities

✍️ Key Responsibilities

Write articles, blogs and LinkedIn posts

Research AI, technology and industry-related topics

Create engaging social media content

Develop creative content ideas and campaigns

Convert complex/technical topics into easy-to-understand content

Support SwarmLens's thought-leadership and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Collaborate with HR, Marketing and technical teams

⭐ Preferred Skills

Excellent written English

Creative writing & storytelling

Social media understanding

LinkedIn content creation

Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage

Interest in AI, technology and startups

📌 Writing evidence/portfolio is required for experienced candidates. Freshers should provide any available articles, college publications, projects, blogs, social media content or other writing samples.
