Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives, from requirement gathering to insight delivery and stakeholder presentation.Collaborate closely with business, product, and leadership teams to define data-driven strategies and KPIs.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and best practices across analytics workflows.Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical leadership and code reviews.Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.Work with large, complex datasets to support business growth and operational efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesSkills & Competencies:Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data querying techniques.Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and automation (preferred).Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Prior experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.Personal AttributesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive work culture. .
