Field Sales Executive - Life Insurance

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, particularly within the life insurance sector. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the life insurance market.
• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and present our insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Provide clients with information on various life insurance products and assist them in making informed decisions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills:
