Customer Relationship Officer-Outbound Voice Process (Female Applicants Only)

Job Description – CRO – Telesales (Female Only) Drive sales through outbound and inbound customer calls and generate quality leads. Explain insurance products, benefits, features and suitability to prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales, conversion and productivity targets. Follow up with leads systematically and convert prospects into customers. Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication. Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of sales processes. Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections effectively. Maintain daily call, lead and conversion reports as per process requirements. Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and business opportunities. Eligibility: Female candidates with good communication skills, sales orientation and preferably telesales/insurance/banking experience.
