DharmikVibes is the lead partner in a 12-month state-sponsored spiritual tourism pilot
Coverage: Magadha circuit (Bodh Gaya, Gaya, Nalanda, Rajgir, Vaishali, Patna)
Goal: Showcase sacred Bihar to devotees worldwide; position Bihar as India's premier Buddhist + Hindu pilgrimage destination
CM meeting and formal MOU in progress
THE ROLE: DharmikHub Manager — Bihar
You will be the on-ground founder-equivalent for DharmikVibes in Bihar. You'll launch, build, and operate the DharmikHub in Patna or Gaya—a physical sacred space that becomes the heartbeat of devotee engagement across the Magadha circuit.
Your core mission:
Launch and operate the physical DharmikHub space (reception, events, consultations, partnerships)
Serve as the primary voice/face of DharmikVibes for Bihar devotees and temples
Design and execute the Magadha yatra circuit (Bodh Gaya, Gaya, Nalanda, Rajgir, Vaishali)
Build temple partnerships across Bihar sacred sites
Grow the DharmikGuide network (priests, pandits, local guides, coordinators)
Lead the Bihar government spiritual tourism pilot (state-sponsored expansion)
Scale devotee operations during peak seasons and festival windows
This is high-visibility, high-autonomy leadership work. You're not managing operations from a desk—you're the on-ground leader building DharmikVibes' flagship hub in a state with massive spiritual and political importance. You'll work closely with temple authorities, state government officials, and our central team.
You'll report directly to VP Operations and have quarterly access to founders. You have full P&L ownership for Bihar operations within the DharmikVibes framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DharmikHub Operations & Devotee Experience (30% of time)
The Hub Space:
Physical location in Patna or Gaya (recommended: near Vishnupad Ghat in Gaya or a central Patna location)

Conduct hub-based yatra consultations: match devotees with guides, customize itineraries, coordinate bookings
Organize weekly/monthly hub events: spiritual talks, guide introduction meetups, devotee gatherings, workshops (e.g., "Introduction to Bodh Gaya," "Rituals of the Magadha Circuit")
