Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR)

Relevant Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

working knowldeg on any other modules like ORC OR Talent would be an added advantage.

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.

Configure Core HR Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.

Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.

Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.

Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards. .
