2d Technical Lead Animator

Designation: Sr/Lead: 2D Technical AnimationExperience : 5+ yearsLocation : Bangalore (Work from home till situation is normalized)Role:- Creating animations and particle systems- Integrate animation in unity- Mentor, guide and supervise the 2D animation team- Solve the creative and technical challenges- Review all the 2D Animation- Client communication and implementing the animation requirement- Train the existing animation team- Give direction to the animation teamRequirements:Must have:- An ideal candidate should have 5 years' experience in game animation- Strong understanding of the animation principles- Relevant experience as an animator with a track record of creating appealing characterand object animations, preferably in unity- Experience in special effects and particle tools- Comfortable with stylized art- Must thrive in a self-directed and fast-paced environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience of delivering the Unity Animation files to Client- A portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your skill is requiredGood to have:- Be precise and detailed oriented- Experience on at least 2-3 AA / AAA Titles- Follow the latest industry development and stay up to date on corporate competitors- Knowledge of storytelling through timing, posing, and composition.
