Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach math to one K-12 student at a time in live online classes.

2. Build each concept from the reasoning up, so the student understands why a method works before using it.

3. Spot the point where a student gets stuck and adjust your explanation until it clicks.

4. Record each student's progress and share clear feedback regularly.

5. Keep classes warm, lively, and consistently high in quality.
