QA Specialist

Role Summary QA Specialist to ensure quality, accuracy, accessibility, functionality, and compliance of eLearning solutions across WBT, ILT, and mobile learning content. Key Responsibilities- Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content including functionality, design consistency, and user experience.- Conduct manual and basic automated testing for WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses.- Ensure adherence to SCORM, AICC, WCAG/Section 508, LMS compatibility, and project requirements.- Identify, document, and report defects using Jira or other tracking tools.- Support accessibility testing and help maintain quality checklists and documentation.
