We are looking for a confident and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team at our office in Netaji Subhash Place. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telecalling and must have completed their 12th grade.Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote services. This includes educating them about the benefits and features of our offerings.- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships. Its essential to listen to their needs and address any concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.- Data Management: Record and maintain accurate information about calls and customer interactions in our database.
