Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including field sales and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan products.
• Collaborate with builders and channel partners to promote home loan offerings and drive sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in home loan sales, mortgage sales, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of retail asset sales and financial products.

• Knowledge of loan against property and housing loan acquisition processes is a plus.
