❖ Position Overview

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team on key business initiatives across strategy, operations, and growth. You will gain hands-on experience in solving real business challenges, supporting decision-making, and executing high-impact projects.

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment while gaining direct exposure to how businesses scale.

❖Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives

Drive lead generation and business growth efforts, including outreach and pipeline development

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities

Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations

Manage and track client interactions, meetings, and CRM updates

Support execution of sales, marketing, and business development strategies

Collaborate cross-functionally with branding, marketing, and consulting teams

Take ownership of special projects and founder-led initiatives

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and conversions

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

❖Qualifications

We are looking for highly driven individuals who are eager to work closely with founders and contribute to real business growth.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, or related fields

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail

Strong interest in startups, consulting, business strategy, or entrepreneurship

Preferred:

Prior internship or experience in business development, consulting, or operations

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM tools, or presentation software

Experience in creating presentations, conducting research, or working on business projects.
