Job Profile / Key Responsibilities: Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), presentations, posters, and related documentation as per project requirements Collect and analyze operational data related to production, rejection, productivity, electricity consumption, and sales Conduct work-study, time-motion study, and bottleneck analysis on shop floor operations Assist in conducting audits such as 5S, Energy, and process audits Support senior consultants in project execution and priority assignments Coordinate with client teams and follow up for timely task completion Visit client sites along with senior consultants for project implementation activities Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives Technical Skills RequiredGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Documentation and report preparation abilities Understanding of manufacturing and shop floor operations Behavioral Competencies RequiredGood interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and problem-solving mindset Team player with positive attitude Strong discipline, integrity, and professional conduct Ability to work independently and at client locations Preferred Candidate ProfileFlexible to travel and relocate based on project requirements Comfortable working on manufacturing shop floors Interested in consulting and continuous improvement projects Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
