With three global headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers and more than 66,000 employees, WNS combines scale, expertise and execution to create meaningful, measurable impact.Job DescriptionExperience12+ years of relevant experienceShiftUS ShiftsJob SummaryWe are looking for a smart, dynamic, and resultsdriven RTR professional with over 12 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent peoplemanagement skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver highquality financial outcomes aligned with business needs.This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and business partners, particularly during critical close cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a large RTR team, with prior experience managing teams of at least 20 members.Own and drive endtoend Record to Report / Financial Accounting & Reporting (F&A) processes.Ensure timely and accurate monthend close (MEC), including journals, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.Handle internal and external audits effectively, addressing audit requirements and queries.Support consolidation activities and statutory reporting requirements.Work closely with senior management, including the Financial Controller, during monthend and quarterend close.Proactively manage and resolve escalations from business partners in a timely manner.Make sound decisions during challenging situations while maintaining service quality and business continuity.Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to help them achieve individual and team goals.Collaborate crossfunctionally with other process towers such as AP, AR, and T&E to ensure endtoend financial integrity.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of endtoend F&A / RTR processes.Indepth knowledge of:Monthend closeAccount reconciliationsFinancial reporting and analysisInternal and external auditsConsolidationGood working knowledge of upstream and downstream processes (AP / AR / T&E).Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven leadership capability with a track record of managing large teams.Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results under pressure.Preferred AttributesExperience working in a global or shared services environment.Ability to work effectively in US time zones.Stakeholderfocused with high business acumen.QualificationsCommerce Graduate .
