HR Recruiter (inhouse) - Fresher

About the job:We are hiring freshers for an In-House Recruiter role to manage recruitment for 100xCareers' internal hiring requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization and will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

2. Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate calls.

3. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

5. Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions within the company.

7.
