About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a moderator and host for all digital events, including free classes, masterclasses, and live-assisted classes.

2. Serve as the first point of contact for potential learners, engaging with the audience during and after sessions through emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, sales, and marketing, to execute events seamlessly.

4. Highlight Varsity's value propositions during live sessions, presenting programs and offerings effectively.

5. Gain credibility by driving registrations, attendance, and exceptional audience experience, ultimately contributing to sales outcomes.

6. Use tools like CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage) for communication, lead management, and audience engagement.

7. Take ownership of operational elements like event setup, reporting, and follow-ups.

8.
