Human Resources (HR) - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

3. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

4. Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and other communication channels.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews, group discussions (GDs), and selection rounds.

6. Communicate with candidates and provide timely interview updates and follow-ups.

7. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.

8. Assist with offer, joining, and onboarding formalities.

9. Coordinate with internal teams regarding current and upcoming hiring requirements.

10.
