BPO Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated BPO Customer Support Executive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in an international voice process environment. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. As a BPO Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for various inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills:

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• A background in BPO or international voice processes is a plus.
• Educational qualifications such as MCA, BCom, or BSc are desirable.
