Plant Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilitiesManage day-to-day Plant HR operations, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce productivity.Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.Manage industrial relations and contract labor activities, wherever applicable.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and employee benefits.Drive performance management, training, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.Partner with Plant Leadership on people-related matters and HR interventions.Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, manpower, recruitment TAT, and productivity.Support HR audits, inspections, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement.Location:Medreich Ltd.,Unit-1, 12th Mile, Old Madras road, Virgonagar, Bangalore 560049 .
