Md Medicine Consultant - Kangra

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MD Medicine Consultant to provide comprehensive medical care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic medical illnesses.Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.Manage OPD, IPD, emergency, and critical care patients as required.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and other diagnostic reports.Perform medical procedures within the scope of General Medicine.Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital accreditation activities.Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH guidelines, infection control policies, and ethical medical practices.Supervise and mentor junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff when required.Participate in CMEs, academic activities, and continuous professional development.QualificationMD/DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution.Valid State Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC) registration.Fellowship or additional certifications will be an added advantage.Experience0-2 years (Junior Consultant) / 3-10+ years (Consultant/Senior Consultant).Fresh MD graduates may also apply, depending on hospital requirements.Required SkillsStrong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.Decision-making and critical thinking skills.Teamwork and leadership qualities.Ability to work efficiently in emergency situations.Good documentation and EMR proficiency.Experience2 - 3 YearsNo. of Openings2EducationDoctorate/PhD (Integrated PG, Doctorate Qualification, Doctorate Degree, Some Tertiary Coursework)RoleMd Medicine ConsultantIndustry TypeHospitals / Medical / Healthcare EquipmentsGender[ Male / Female ]Age Limit25 - 40 Yrs.Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from Office
